Pairing

Which phones? You both need an iPhone or iPad with iOS 17 or later. Koishii isn't on Android yet — it's coming later.

How do we pair? One of you taps "Invite my partner" and shares the code; the other taps "I have a code" and types it. Codes last 7 days.
We ended our pairing by mistake. Nothing is deleted: ask your partner for a new code and pair again with the same person, and everything comes back.

How long is the trial? 7 days for the two of you, starting when you pair. Each of you can leave up to 5 photos during the trial.
Do we both need to subscribe? No. One subscription covers both of you.
How do I cancel? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Koishii. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
I changed phones and lost Plus. Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases", with the same Apple ID.
What happens to our photos if we stop? They're kept for 30 days, with a countdown in the app and a reminder, then deleted. Your bears and notes stay.

Delete my account: in the app, My bear → Delete account. Everything is deleted straight away.
Report a photo: open it, tap ⋯ → Report…. It disappears from your side and we review every report.
